Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Recruiter to manage comprehensive hiring processes specifically for manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will take charge of recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on campus drives as well as bulk recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles within the manufacturing sector.
• Plan and execute campus hiring drives across colleges, ITIs, and diploma institutions.
• Source potential candidates using various job portals including Naukri, Apna, and Indeed.
• Screen applicant resumes and perform preliminary interviews.
• Organize and coordinate interviews while actively following up with candidates through to their joining date.
• Conduct walk-in recruitment events and handle bulk hiring campaigns.
• Maintain detailed recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment roles.
• Proven knowledge and practice in campus recruiting and manufacturing sector hiring.
• Practical expertise in using multiple job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication skills alongside excellent coordination abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Kannada language.
