Job Overview

The Field Onboarding Officer will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding delivery personnel specifically for Swiggy Instamart operations in the Delhi-NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-ground recruitment of delivery executives by visiting markets and field locations.
Manage the onboarding process of hired delivery personnel.
Ensure successful creation and activation of IDs for delivery boys on the Swiggy app.
