Job description
Job Overview and Responsibilities
As an F&B Associate at Cinepolis India Private Limited in Jaipur, you will be responsible for various activities related to food and beverage sales and customer service within the cinema premises. This includes selling F&B items at concession stands and Coffee Tree, enrolling customers in club memberships, verifying tickets, and guiding customers into the auditorium. Prior to shifts and intervals, you will perform Pre Rush Preparation tasks.
Your role also involves taking food and beverage orders directly from customers seated in the auditorium and delivering the items to their seats. Handling routine customer queries, escalating critical issues to supervisors, and consistently providing excellent customer service are essential parts of the position.
Operational duties include following the company's processes meticulously, collecting trays from the auditorium after shows, cleaning trays and equipment at shift end, and conducting deep cleaning of all F&B operational areas. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of counters and service areas in accordance with company standards is crucial.
