Role Overview

The Fashion Associate position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere, assisting customers with style and fit, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance. This role contributes significantly to daily store operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior shopping experience aimed at fostering strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage sales transactions to ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Engage customers with personalized service, offer product knowledge, and create an inclusive environment.
• Utilize understanding of fashion trends and promotions to encourage additional sales.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with daily store tasks to ensure smooth overall operation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team spirit and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion, including a good sense of style and awareness of current trends.
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing for long periods, lifting weights up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and using step ladders up to 3 meters (10 feet) high.
