Internship Overview

Are you an energetic, driven individual ready to embrace a fast-paced environment? The Fall 2026 Retail Operations Internship offers juniors and seniors from accredited colleges the opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in retail operations in tarte's New York office. Interns will engage with various company departments, building skills in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations tasks within the retail department.
• Take charge of and complete assigned daily and weekly projects.
• Participate in trainings and presentations hosted by tarte’s leadership team.
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple departments to complete individual projects.
• Enhance skills in teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and strategy development.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university; seniors are preferred.
• Availability to work onsite in New York City during the fall semester.
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient written and interpersonal communication skills.
