Facilities Operative

About The Role

We are seeking Facilities Operatives to join our team at the Head Office located in Barton-upon-Humber. The role requires working five days a week, Monday through Friday, on one of these shifts: 05:00 - 13:30, 06:00 - 14:30, or 07:00 - 15:30.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across the warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, and communal spaces, ensuring Wren's high standards are met to provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
• Use cleaning checklists to complete all assigned duties each day.
• Upkeep of outdoor grounds throughout all seasons, with prompt reporting of any safety concerns to management.
• Comply with health and safety procedures by properly handling and caring for cleaning equipment and materials.
• Operate within a designated department as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working in warehouse settings is beneficial.
• Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and punctuality.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning products is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse team environment.
