Position Overview

We are seeking full-time, seasoned bar staff to join our team at the Marqette locations in Terminal 1 & 2 at Dublin Airport. This dynamic position involves working in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer interaction and travel-related service is essential. Candidates should be skilled in bartending tasks including pulling pints, precise drink measurement, and engaging in pleasant conversation with customers.

Shift Details

Due to the airport setting, the role requires shift work, including early morning starts from 3am on some occasions. Availability for five days out of seven per week is mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding, warm, and courteous service to all patrons.
Ensure every guest receives a friendly greeting upon arrival.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings including wines, hot and cold beverages, gelato, and promotional items.
Prepare and set up the food hall, bar, and beverage areas before and after service.
Engage actively in all relevant internal training sessions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues alike.
Handle cash transactions following company policies.

Candidate Profile

Strong communication abilities.
Minimum of three years bartending experience in busy environments.
A dedication to providing superior customer service consistently.
Ability to multitask effectively under fast-paced conditions.
Flexibility regarding working hours.
Proficient English language skills.
