Role Overview
This position sits within the Corporate Citizenship department in Mumbai. The role focuses on supporting initiatives across lifelong learning, education, environment, and volunteering, along with coordination, tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Put the firm’s programmes for lifelong learning, education, environment, and volunteering into action.
- Oversee programme execution and tracking at development partner locations, schools, and NGOs.
- Coordinate volunteering activities for the West region.
- Maintain and update project and activity databases.
- Develop and sustain working relationships with employees, NGOs, school officials, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- A graduate degree is required; a postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences is preferred.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience is expected.
- Experience in the relevant sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to interact independently with partner organisations and colleagues.
- Good interpersonal abilities are important for day-to-day collaboration.
- The candidate should work effectively in teams and help manage group-based activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is necessary.
- Ability to examine and make sense of large, complex datasets is required.
- The role involves handling several programmes and responsibilities simultaneously.
