Role Overview

This Manager role is suited to a seasoned technical professional who can shape enterprise solutions, guide architecture decisions, and support large-scale application transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Bring 12 to 16 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked as an Architect or Technical Lead.
• Work extensively with the TCS BaNCS core banking platform.
• Design and architect enterprise-grade systems and applications.
• Contribute hands-on to application ecosystem migration and transformation programs.
• Apply knowledge of Event Storming, the Strangler Pattern, and Hollow Out the Core approaches.
• Prepare effective PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder communication and delivery support.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences.
• Where applicable, bring familiarity with DevSecOps, event-driven architectures, and security-focused practices.

Educational Requirements

• Technical education is compulsory for this position.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is required.
