Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Executive Director to steer strategic leadership, drive growth, and ensure the effective execution of corporate goals. This position involves shaping the organization's future direction, enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and maintaining sustainable success through robust leadership, governance, and informed decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategic vision and long-term goals of the organization.
- Lead all business functions to achieve operational excellence and promote sustainable expansion.

- Work closely with the Board and senior leaders to set strategic priorities and governance policies.

- Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards throughout operations.
- Compile executive reports and prepare strategic recommendations for the Board and leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related areas.
- Advanced degree such as Master's or MBA is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of executive leadership, corporate governance, strategic planning, and organizational management.
- Expertise in business strategy formulation, financial management, operational excellence, and transformational initiatives.
- Thorough understanding of corporate finance, risk management, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Strong commercial insight to uncover growth avenues and ensure long-term business value.
- Outstanding leadership, effective communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Sharp analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making proficiency.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, ERP systems, financial reporting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
