Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Executive Director to steer strategic leadership, drive growth, and ensure the effective execution of corporate goals. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related areas.
• Advanced degree such as Master's or MBA is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of executive leadership, corporate governance, strategic planning, and organizational management.
• Expertise in business strategy formulation, financial management, operational excellence, and transformational initiatives.
• Thorough understanding of corporate finance, risk management, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Strong commercial insight to uncover growth avenues and ensure long-term business value.
