Role Overview
We are assisting a prestigious global investment company in recruiting an Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational efficiency for the Investor Relations team.
- Coordinate complex schedules and travel arrangements.
- Oversee investor engagement activities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Handle logistics for team operations and international events.
- Deliver exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in private equity, financial services, consulting, or legal sectors.
- Background supporting Investor Relations, fundraising, or client-facing teams advantageous.
- Expertise in managing detailed diaries and coordinating complex travel plans.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and complex logistics with precision.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration software.
- Commercial awareness, flexibility, and capability to work autonomously.
- Collaborative mindset, contributing positively to team culture.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Core working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Hybrid work arrangement with two days remote and flexible scheduling.
- Based in Central London.
- Salary up to £65,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
