Position Summary

We are seeking an Event Marketing Manager responsible for leading the entire event lifecycle—from quarterly strategy development to seamless onsite execution. This role transcends mere coordination; you will strategize and execute roundtables, hosted dinners, and field programs targeting large traditional enterprise buyers, while actively ensuring events leave a lasting impression. Operating on a lean team, your insights will directly influence brand positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement event strategy comprehensively, including format, guest engagement, and performance measurement.
• Organize and conduct in-person events such as roundtables, dinners, and field programs, managing them from inception to completion.
• Apply a well-defined vision for creating memorable event experiences.
• Collaborate closely with marketing analytics to evaluate effectiveness and continually improve event initiatives.
• Handle complex event logistics meticulously while maintaining composure under pressure.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 or more years of experience in event marketing, hospitality, or a related area.
• Proven track record of taking full ownership of event or program strategy, beyond just execution.
• Strong hospitality instincts with genuine empathy toward event attendees.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and accountable for deliverables.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, combining strategic insight with practical execution.
