Job Summary

As a Manager in the CFO and Enterprise Value practice, you will guide clients in meeting their strategic and operational goals through improved operational models and streamlined processes. You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex business challenges, lead innovative design thinking workshops, and foster strong client partnerships. You will also contribute to developing the practice by creating assets, offerings, and thought leadership, while mentoring high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in achieving goals by enhancing processes and implementing efficient operating models.
• Apply sound judgment to analyze complex and unclear business issues with minimal oversight.
• Lead design thinking workshops using agile methodologies to co-create innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Participate in business development through identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting them.
• Contribute to the growth of the CFO and Enterprise Value practice by developing offerings and engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, setting performance standards and driving team success.
• Commit to ongoing skills development to support practice growth and organizational advancement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum six years of consulting experience.
• Preferred Arabic language proficiency.
• In-depth understanding of Finance & Accounting business processes and their enablement via ERP systems.
• Expertise in financial consolidation, planning, and budgeting is advantageous.
• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with major ERPs like SAP or Oracle.
• Proven capability in process digitization technologies such as RPA, machine learning, and process mining.
• Successful track record in delivering finance transformation initiatives including value case development, process reengineering, and digital transformation.
• Experience engaging with senior management stakeholders, demonstrating negotiation and influence skills.
• Awareness of finance and operating model innovations across digital, automation, and analytics landscapes.
• Proven leadership of small to medium teams with diverse skill sets.
• Familiarity with design thinking and agile project delivery methodologies.
• Professional finance qualifications (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with first-time passes preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated credibility and ability to engage effectively at all management levels.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to absorb and interpret complex information.
• Excellent collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
• Motivated self-starter with adaptability and perseverance to overcome challenges.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and supporting business development proposals.
• Willingness to travel as required by clients.
• Industry experience preferred in Public Sector, Utilities, Energy, Travel, and Health sectors.
