Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Assembler to work at our Bibra Lake, WA facility. This full-time position involves assembling and manufacturing advanced electronic devices in a dynamic production environment, contributing directly to our successful operations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic parts and sub-systems to complete products following technical standards and quality requirements.
• Carry out soldering, wiring, testing, and inspections to confirm product performance and reliability.
• Adhere to established protocols to ensure a safe, efficient manufacturing workflow.
• Detect and resolve defects or issues throughout the assembly process, applying corrective measures when needed.
• Keep thorough documentation on manufacturing activities and processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic components, tools, and assembly procedures.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• Excellent manual dexterity, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while showing enthusiasm to acquire new knowledge.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace.
