Electrical Supervisor

About The Role

We are currently hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a significant nuclear infrastructure project. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in supporting the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems in a tightly regulated setting.

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee and support electrical teams to ensure tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist electrical teams with installing and maintaining electrical systems such as wiring, outlets, fixtures, and distribution panels.
• Help identify and resolve electrical faults and issues.
• Organize and prepare all necessary tools, equipment, and materials needed for electrical work.
• Handle the safe loading, unloading, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Establish and maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Support installing electrical conduits, raceways, and cable trays.
• Assist with cable glanding and termination processes.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks and report any electrical faults or concerns promptly.
• Participate in routine inspections and checks of electrical systems.
• Ensure full compliance with site safety procedures, regulations, and permit requirements at all times.
• Consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment and promote a strong safety culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid CSCS Card or equivalent Grade Card.
• Capability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance.
• Strong dedication to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capacity to work productively in a busy construction environment.
