Responsibilities

• Engage in the electrical design of building and infrastructure projects, focusing on medium voltage and power distribution systems.
• Carry out fundamental electrical calculations under the supervision of senior engineering staff.
• Undertake site visits to understand field environments and construction methodologies practically.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated and harmonized design outputs.
• Support the preparation of material quantity estimations and contribute to the creation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Ensure ongoing, transparent communication with team members and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Capable of contributing to electrical design efforts under senior engineers’ guidance.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and BIM design software.
• Knowledgeable of international engineering standards and the Saudi Building Code.
• Basic understanding of electrical design tools including Dialux Evo, generator dimensioning, grounding and lightning protection calculators, and photovoltaic systems.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning and professional development in an engineering setting.
• Adept at working collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.

Educational Background

Holders of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BEng or MEng) are preferred. Candidates should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 or 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
