Ecommerce Catalog Manager

Overview

We seek a meticulous Ecommerce Executive to oversee and streamline operations for our Flipkart seller account. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly advanced functions, along with a sound understanding of Flipkart's marketplace mechanisms and e-commerce processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Flipkart seller account.
• Create and maintain product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory records.
• Track and manage orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
• Generate and interpret reports utilizing Excel functionalities.
• Conduct data analyses employing VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Excel formulas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and inventory updates.
• Monitor product metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Manage promotions, discount offers, and campaign activities within the marketplace.
• Maintain accurate catalog information and ensure adherence to marketplace policies.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas.
• Comprehensive understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub and e-commerce marketplace workflows.
• Experience in inventory oversight, order processing, and catalog maintenance.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management roles.
• Prior experience with Flipkart Seller Hub is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other online marketplaces is a plus.
