Job description
Position Overview
We seek a dedicated, lively, empathetic, and dependable Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or 3 to become an integral part of our team. Our facility is situated within Ecole Waterford Springs School, licensed to care for up to 134 children across six classrooms plus a multipurpose room.
Working Details
This is a permanent full-time role, with a daily schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The shift includes a 1.5-hour break, of which 30 minutes are paid. Staff members enjoy access to a private lounge specifically designed for lunch and planning periods.
Professional and Staff Support
We provide professional development days as well as engaging staff events to promote team cohesion. Staff meetings occur monthly via Zoom except during summer months unless otherwise necessary. Employees can accumulate meeting time to be utilized later. Paid planning time is also offered.
