About the Role and Team

Join IKEA's Digital Customer Meeting Points (DCMP) team, charged with developing and optimizing IKEA’s online shopping channels to deliver smooth digital experiences integrated into an omnichannel journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt and accurate execution of product range and merchandising initiatives across digital platforms including the website and app, aligned with campaigns and seasonal schedules.
  • Develop and adapt localized website and app content tailored to regional market demands, while collaborating with global teams to maintain correct and updated product information, descriptions, and imagery.
  • Analyze important metrics such as conversion rates, customer search behaviors, and add-to-cart statistics to identify actionable insights that enhance performance.
