E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our expanding team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on managing the daily activities related to our online marketplaces to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer orders and oversee order fulfillment.
• Track inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all online platforms.
• Manage product listings, including handling bulk uploads.
• Update and maintain pricing strategies alongside promotional campaigns.
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchange processes promptly.
• Ensure all product content—titles, descriptions, images, and variants—is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams to address any inventory or fulfillment challenges.
• Regularly inspect listings to correct errors, activate inactive products, resolve pricing inconsistencies, and monitor stock availability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience managing E-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Shopify, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• High level of attention to detail paired with capability to handle large volumes of orders efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between AED 3,500 and AED 5,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
