Role overview

This position is for a capable Duty Manager who can thrive in a busy hospitality environment and take ownership of responsible shifts. The role calls for someone who can balance service standards, team leadership, compliance, and customer care while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

You will be expected to lead shifts with confidence, support a close-knit team, and make sure guests receive consistently strong service. The role also involves maintaining attention to detail, handling numbers accurately, and ensuring licensing and operational requirements are followed at all times.

Requirements

Applicants should already hold a current Duty Manager’s License and bring at least one year of experience in a similar position. Strong working knowledge of licensing rules is essential so you can step into the role without delay. The ideal person will also have solid leadership ability, good numeracy, and a strong eye for detail.
