About the Role and Organization

Key Responsibilities
- Transport World Bank staff promptly and safely to various locations, adhering to schedules and utilizing knowledge of traffic laws, safety protocols, and efficient routing.
- Ensure all passengers comply with the highest security standards according to Bank Road Safety guidelines and local regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and cleaning, including checking fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, signals, tires, and performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Secure the vehicle and its contents when unattended to prevent theft or damage.
- Maintain detailed trip records, including timings, mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, and service history.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing by delivering the car to maintenance locations and verifying timely completion.
- Manage small office-related procurement tasks such as purchasing or delivering goods from local suppliers.
- Perform other duties assigned by or through the Senior Driver as required.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Valid driving license with an excellent driving record.
- At least six years of driving experience, with a minimum of two years in international, multinational, or development organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of driving regulations and road safety practices within Saudi Arabia.
- Basic technical skills for vehicle maintenance.
- Defensive driving training is preferred but not compulsory.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.

Additional Information
This is a locally recruited, full-time position based onsite in Riyadh with a contract term of three years. Preference will be granted to candidates authorized to work legally in Saudi Arabia.
