Job Overview
This position requires a Diploma or Degree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience to serve as a Lead Draftsman. The role involves visiting residential sites to gather comprehensive home measurements and drafting detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to measure entire home walls and collect detailed information on electrical and plumbing points.
- Record precise dimensions of columns, beams, doors, and windows at the site.
- Create detailed drafts of site measurements utilizing AutoCAD software.
- Document elevation details of all walls including their dimensions.
- Follow the standardized drawing templates provided by the central team.
- Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLA) and quality benchmarks for all outputs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience ranging from 2 to 4 years in drafting or related tasks.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with a proficiency rating above 8 out of 10.
- Ability to accurately take site measurements.
