Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Dish Washer to join our team in Amritsar, Punjab. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchenware and supporting the kitchen staff in daily operations to ensure a hygienic and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, cookware including pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and cutlery to maintain cleanliness.
• Keep the kitchen area, dishwashing station, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Properly segregate and manage waste disposal following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ensure the availability of sufficient clean crockery and kitchen tools during service hours.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning duties and food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain dishwashing equipment and promptly communicate any issues requiring maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 13,000 to INR 14,500.
