Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our Information Technology Department. The candidate will lead digital transformation projects, analyze departmental requirements, and develop innovative digital solutions. The role involves using modern technologies including artificial intelligence to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives and projects.
- Evaluate departmental needs and convert them into effective digital strategies.
- Supervise the creation and improvement of digital applications and platforms with a focus on user experience.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to improve operational workflows.
- Track progress of projects ensuring achievement of objectives.
- Compile reports and performance metrics on transformation projects.
- Collaborate closely with various departments and IT teams to guarantee successful implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years in digital transformation or technical project management roles.
- Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects and technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and AI technologies.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
