Delivery Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Leader ready to advance their career within the electricity, energy, water, or gas sectors. This unique position bridges the gap between Estimating and Operations, offering a pathway beyond typical project management roles. Ideal candidates may be experienced Team Leaders, Leading Hands, Supervisors eager to transition from hands-on roles, or Junior Project Managers seeking greater responsibility and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Examine drawings, specifications, and project handover documents.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, traffic control, and subcontractor activities.
• Support On Ground Delivery Leaders (OGDLs) to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
• Review quality assurance documents and confirm project completion meets client standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and overall project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Delivery Leader to strengthen project delivery processes throughout the business.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in the electricity, energy, water, or gas industries.
• Solid understanding of underground utilities or civil construction.
• Field leadership experience or experience as a Junior Project Manager.
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
• Motivation to learn and develop towards a senior operational leadership position.
