Role Overview

As a full-time Delivery Driver located in Agra, you will be entrusted with transporting home and commercial kitchen goods securely and promptly from the store to customers’ addresses. Responsibilities include loading and unloading products, confirming delivery details and invoices, managing basic payment transactions when necessary, and maintaining accurate delivery records. You will also engage professionally with customers, coordinate delivery routes with the store team, and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.

Additional Duties

Occasional assistance with in-store tasks such as relocating inventory or supporting staff during busy periods is also required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service and sales abilities to interact courteously with clients and support transactions.
• Competence in forklift operation or safe manual handling techniques, prioritizing safety and product care.
• Experience or willingness to learn delivery protocols, company procedures, and product handling standards.
• Knowledge of kitchen and food & beverage items is advantageous for addressing customer needs effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and familiarity with Agra's local roads.
• Physical capability to lift medium-weight items and endure prolonged periods on foot.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for managing bills, receipts, and delivery documentation.
• Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork skills to coordinate well with store and warehouse colleagues.
