Delivery Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible Delivery Driver to safely transport Flipkart parcels and products to customers in Lucknow using a 3-wheeler electric courier vehicle. The role involves adhering to the assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining excellent customer service and vehicle upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parcels/products to customers following designated routes and schedules.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before beginning deliveries.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers and obtain delivery confirmation.
• Update delivery information promptly using the delivery app or mobile device.
• Ensure security of the vehicle and parcels during transit.
• Submit daily reports related to deliveries and vehicle condition.
• Comply with traffic regulations and company safety policies at all times.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Possession of a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license is mandatory.
• At least one year of driving experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with city roads and typical traffic patterns.
• Punctual, honest, and responsible with a commitment to timely delivery.
• Basic proficiency in operating a smartphone.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹26,000.
• Incentives or performance-related bonuses.
• Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI), as applicable.
• Additional benefits according to company policy.
