About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, customer-oriented, and punctual Delivery Associate to join our bakery team. The core duty involves ensuring cakes and bakery items are safely delivered to customers promptly. In addition to delivery tasks, the associate will support retail counter operations by assisting walk-in customers and managing day-to-day store activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver cakes and bakery products with care, ensuring timely distribution.
Handle items carefully to preserve product quality and presentation.
Collect payments when necessary and hand over orders properly.
Efficiently follow assigned delivery routes.
Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers.
Report completed deliveries and any issues to the store manager.
Assist walk-in customers at the counter in choosing products.
Clarify details about products, including flavors, sizes, and prices.
Use POS systems to generate bills.
Neatly pack cakes and bakery goods.
Keep the counter area clean and hygienic.
Organize product displays and replenish stock as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and support basic order coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum education: 10th or 12th grade passed.
Possess a valid two-wheeler driver's license.
Own a smartphone and be familiar with Google Maps for navigation.
Good communication skills and customer service aptitude.
Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible in work habits.
Willingness to work on weekends and during festivals.

Work Details and Benefits

Working hours: 9-hour shifts including breaks.
One day off per week as per company policy.
Monthly salary ranging between 18,000 and 22,000 INR plus applicable delivery allowances.

Preferred Experience
