Role Overview

We are looking for a Declaration Officer to handle customs-related documentation and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

Key Duties

• Prepare and submit customs declarations effectively.
• Adhere strictly to customs laws, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with clearing agents, clients, and government agencies.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of shipments and declarations.
• Address and resolve any issues regarding customs paperwork promptly.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Clearing & Forwarding, Logistics, or a comparable discipline.
• Have between one to two years of experience in clearing and forwarding or an associated role.
• Familiar with customs procedures and relevant documentation requirements.
• Prior clearing and forwarding background is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail alongside excellent communication capabilities.
