About the Role
We seek professionals with quantitative expertise to collaborate in the training of advanced AI models. This opportunity involves assessing AI-generated quantitative analyses, resolving technical challenges, and offering insights that directly influence how AI systems interpret data and solve scientific problems. Suitable candidates come from diverse quantitative domains such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, and operations research who engage rigorously with data and modeling.
Participants may engage with this work alongside other full-time employment or dedicate themselves fully to this role. After registration, candidates complete a brief evaluation serving as an interview, and successful candidates gain access to paid projects through our platform.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated quantitative outputs including statistical and predictive models, scientific reasoning, and data insights.
- Create and resolve challenging quantitative problems used for training and benchmarking AI systems, covering forecasting, experimental analytics, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Compose clear technical documentation and maintain well-documented analytical code bases.
- Provide actionable feedback influencing development of advanced AI quantitative reasoning models.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of three years in quantitative roles or research fields like data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in coding with the ability to write and review comprehensive analytical code.
- Experience with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design methods including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English with strong technical writing capabilities.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; higher degrees are an asset.
- Additional credentials like Kaggle rankings or machine learning certificates (AWS/GCP) are welcomed.
