About The Role

CodeVertex Talent is looking to hire a Data Entry and Reporting Analyst to join their business intelligence and operations team in a fully remote capacity across the United States. This position involves collecting, organizing, accurately inputting, and analyzing data from internal systems while creating reports for management review. Candidates must pass background and credit screening checks due to sensitive data access.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and input data from various sources into company databases and spreadsheets with precision.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and internal reporting platforms.
• Detect and report inconsistencies, gaps, or irregularities in data with detailed documentation for supervisor evaluation.
• Maintain well-organized and current digital records across multiple data storage systems.
• Work with team leaders to establish key performance indicators, develop tracking templates, and enhance reporting processes.
• Provide management with data-based summaries and strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Participate in audits, reconciliations, and scheduled data quality assessments.
• Achieve daily targets for data entry accuracy and productivity as defined by the team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma; an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with robust skills in data structuring.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data consistently across multiple documents.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and credit screening.
• No prior experience as an analyst needed; comprehensive paid training will be provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation Information

The annual salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000, with exact compensation depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
