  • Create and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards using platforms such as Power BI and Databricks, facilitating confident monitoring of essential KPIs.
  • Design and evaluate pilot studies and A/B tests, assess the impact of service enhancements and communications, and develop predictive models forecasting trends and membership behaviours.
  • Coordinate with the Data and Governance team to uphold data quality standards by detecting and remedying data inconsistencies, contributing to a reliable single source of truth.
  • Promote data literacy across the organisation by assisting colleagues in accessing, understanding, and responsibly applying data insights in everyday decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced analyst with a proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and commercial value.
  • Extensive expertise in Python programming for data analysis, specifically using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL or Spark SQL for querying and data manipulation.

  • Excellent numeracy, deep knowledge of statistical analyses and modelling, along with advanced capabilities in data cleansing, wrangling, and quality assurance.
  • Analytical thinker with aptitude for diagnosing trends, troubleshooting data issues and proposing practical, goal-aligned solutions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborative disposition, working effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure adoption of data tools and insights.
  • Experience with software tools like DevOps, Jira, and GitHub is a plus, as is familiarity with data governance, security and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Proactive, curious, and dedicated to continuous skill enhancement and helping others better utilise data.

Benefits and Culture

  • Opportunity to be part of a progressive membership organisation committed to equality, diversity, inclusion, and a culture of respect, trust and excellence.
  • Access to hybrid working arrangements and a comprehensive flexible benefits package.
