Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-focused and analytical Data Analyst who can convert complex datasets into valuable insights to aid business decisions. This position involves collecting, cleaning, and examining large volumes of data, detecting trends and patterns, and creating reports and dashboards to support stakeholders in tracking performance and refining strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and provide business insights.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Experienced with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and PivotTables.
• Knowledge of Python or R programming for analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with statistical methods, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
• Understanding of ETL workflows, data warehousing, and database administration.
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
