About DashMart
DashMart operates as a physical convenience store managed by DoorDash, where customers place orders through the DoorDash app. Warehouse Associates pick, pack, and prepare these orders in the store, which stocks a wide variety of items, from everyday convenience and grocery essentials to unique specialty and artisanal foods, partnering with both large brands and local producers.
Role Overview
- Pick and pack customer orders promptly and accurately for smooth handoff to delivery drivers.
- Manage inventory including stocking deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and handling items with limited shelf life.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by confirming substitutions with customers when necessary.
Work Shifts
Available shifts include morning, day, evening, weekend, and part-time schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay starts at $18.65 CAD per hour, with an additional $2 hourly premium for overnight shifts from 10pm to 6am.

Candidate Profile
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience succeeding in a retail environment is preferred.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing warehouse tasks, including lifting items up to 40 pounds, with accommodations if needed.
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
