Overview

Teleperformance is seeking Customer Support Executives capable of accurately translating English statements into Hindi or Bengali. This role offers a permanent position with fixed monthly salary and incentives linked to performance.

Job Details

Translate English content to Hindi or Bengali precisely.
Work 9-hour rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Minimum education required: Completion of 12th standard.
Age range: 18 to 35 years.
Both freshers and candidates with good communication in Hindi & Bengali are welcome.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly fixed salary of ₹10,900 in hand (₹13,500 CTC) for freshers with good Hindi and Bengali communication skills.
Monthly fixed salary of ₹12,000 in hand (₹15,000 CTC) for candidates with proficient English communication.
Additional performance-based incentives.
Permanent employment with immediate joining.
