Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Call Point Business Solutions in Delhi-NCR. The candidate will handle incoming customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails, assisting with lab test bookings, report inquiries, appointment scheduling, payments, and general questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer phone calls professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer queries received through chat and email.
- Assist customers in booking lab tests, checking reports, managing appointments, processing payments, and addressing general concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints courteously and with professionalism.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information in the system database.
Additional Details
This is an onsite role based in Delhi-NCR with a monthly remuneration ranging from 15000 to 16000 INR.
