About the Role
Join Ashby's growing Customer Success team as our inaugural Customer Success Manager in the APAC region. This role combines implementation expertise with ongoing customer relationship management to guide Strategic and High Touch enterprise customers through their entire lifecycle with Ashby. You will take full ownership of your designated upmarket accounts, leading onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer health and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve dual roles as both implementation specialist and customer success manager for your portfolio of APAC customers.
- Build and nurture multi-level, strategic partnerships with senior stakeholder groups to ensure ongoing value and advancement.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Operations teams to ensure seamless, high-quality customer experiences.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding projects, align stakeholders on scope and plans, and meet critical milestones.
- Provide expert guidance through complex configuration, workflow customization, and training to help customers maximize value.
- Champion change management by supporting adoption and integration of new systems and workflows.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor adoption, identify risks, and refine strategies for success.
- Lead the development of APAC's customer success motion, establishing best practices and standards as the region’s first CSM.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS customer success, ideally 5+ years supporting configurable, complex products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both implementation and ongoing success for high-value, upmarket accounts.
- Strong project management skills including scope definition, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight.
- Technical curiosity and aptitude for deep product knowledge and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or workflow concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in change management and customer coaching to ensure sustained adoption.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and willingness to travel up to 10% within APAC.
- Experience in recruiting or hiring processes is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: AUD 135,000 to AUD 189,000 annually.
