Role Overview

This position requires fluency in English alongside exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be capable of handling multiple tasks and effectively managing their time. Prior customer service experience within the logistics sector is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries promptly and provide precise support.
• Establish and nurture strong rapport with customers.
• Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring follow-up until issues are settled.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions and related documentation.
• Achieve objectives related to customer service and call management.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mandatory fluency in English.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving aptitude and customer management capabilities.
• Competency in multitasking and time organization.
• Previous experience providing customer service in logistics is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges between AED 6,000 and AED 8,500.
