Custom Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product delivery quality and integrity throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your work will focus on managing processes, resources, and technologies to optimize operational efficiency. Collaboration with various teams from development through implementation will be crucial to meet cost, quality, control, and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
• Lead and coordinate team efforts to achieve performance targets.
• Make informed decisions on behalf of the team.
• Engage and collaborate with multiple teams, contributing to critical decisions.
• Provide problem-solving solutions within the team and across teams.
• Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship to improve overall team performance.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure objectives are met.

Professional and Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera EPPM.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience using resource allocation and scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze and act upon project performance metrics.
• Knowledge of risk management strategies and implementation techniques.

Additional Information

• Minimum of 7.5 years of experience working with Oracle Primavera EPPM is required.
• Position location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
• Educational qualification: Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
