Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items fresh daily with no use of freezers or microwaves.
• Work efficiently at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Deliver welcoming and attentive customer service aligned with Chipotle's standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for customers and team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Show eagerness to assist and serve both customers and colleagues.
• Motivated to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage range of $18.25 to $19.25 depending on skills, experience, and education, compliant with local wage laws.
