Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the creator operations framework to foster creator growth, engagement, and incentivization, thereby increasing creator activity, content creation, and ensuring long-term retention.
• Design and implement creator engagement programs such as online challenges, themed campaigns, and incentive schemes to enhance creator loyalty and cultivate an active creator community.
• Manage budgets for creator operations, optimizing resource distribution and return on investment while enhancing operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain performance tracking systems and operational standard procedures. Collaborate with cross-regional and functional teams to drive project execution and meet business goals.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher with 3 to 5 years of experience in Creator Operations, Influencer/KOL Operations, Community Operations, or related fields.
• Proven track record managing or building creator programs or ecosystems, with the capability to independently design operational strategies and lead projects.
• In-depth knowledge of creator ecosystems and social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Strong passion and understanding of the entertainment, streaming media, or content industries.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and project management. Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory for working communication.
