Role Overview

As an Influencer Talent Manager, your core responsibility will be to oversee and expand the careers of the creators in our portfolio. This involves helping them grow their follower base, monetize their content, negotiate partnership deals with brands and labels, and craft effective content strategies using our proprietary software combined with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow influencer portfolios by securing brand deals and expanding their social media presence.
• Scout and recruit new talent, focusing on both emerging and established influencers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to book influencers for campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to contribute to company strategy and expand the talent roster.
• Operate independently, managing your schedule and workload in a flexible and remote environment.

Candidate Profile

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated and persistent in achieving goals.
• Capable of working autonomously and driving initiatives forward.

Preferred Experience: Background in talent management, influencer relations, sales, or marketing agencies is an advantage.

• There is no base salary; income is commission-based with unlimited earning potential tied directly to your performance.
