Role Overview
This full-time Creative Strategist position, located in New York City, is centered on designing and implementing inventive brand and campaign ideas for the clients of COOLTURA. The individual will collaborate closely with various teams to convert business goals into persuasive creative concepts, narratives, and visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
- Develop detailed creative briefs to guide project direction.
- Shape brand positioning and ensure alignment throughout campaign execution.
- Lead the creation and management of digital and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough audience and market research to inform strategies.
- Analyze cultural and market trends to refine creative approaches.
- Present creative concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure all outputs align with brand voice, values, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in creative direction and strategic leadership to drive concept development with multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Background in brand strategy encompassing brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation.
- Advanced writing skills to produce clear, compelling briefs, narratives, taglines, and presentations.
- Strong research capabilities, including qualitative and quantitative analysis and trend evaluation.
- Proven track record in creative or brand strategy roles within agencies, studios, or in-house teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas persuasively.
- Collaborative mindset with stakeholder management experience, especially in remote or distributed environments.
- Knowledge of current digital, social, and cultural marketing trends; experience with lifestyle, entertainment, or culture-based brands is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communications, Marketing, or Design, or equivalent practical experience.
