Job description
Role Summary
The Creative Executive leads the coordination and delivery of seasonal brand campaigns and daily content shoots, working to produce high-quality visual content in collaboration with creative and marketing teams. This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week, with a mandatory hybrid work schedule of three days onsite at the Gloucester office and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production of seasonal brand campaigns from initial planning through to final execution.
- Create detailed timelines, schedules, and plans for production shoots.
- Manage budgets to maximize resource efficiency and control spending.
- Coordinate internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Support creative concept development by providing production perspective.
- Prepare call sheets, shot lists, and production schedules for photoshoots.
- Arrange all logistical elements including locations, props, equipment, and talent.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, and creative teams for shoot preparations.
- Supervise day-of-shoot operations and handle any issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with design, copywriting, and photography teams to realize campaign concepts aligned with marketing goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all produced content.
- Support studio content shoots, manage calendars, and assist with asset planning for product launches and ecommerce.
- Identify improvements to studio production efficiency.
- Source and manage freelancers and production suppliers, negotiating costs and tracking expenses.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in creative or content production and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of photography and content production processes.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors.
Preferred Experience
- Background in consumer brands, retail, or agency sectors.
- Familiarity with food, lifestyle, homeware, or cookware production environments.
- Experience in-house studio settings.
- Understanding of social media, digital, and e-commerce content needs.
