About the Role

Join Walker & Sloan Ltd, a Certified B Corp, as a Creative Designer based in Bristol. Our client is a renowned bespoke design and build fit out company specializing in transforming commercial environments into inspiring, functional spaces across the South West and beyond. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute innovative ideas and exceptional design expertise throughout the project lifecycle for workplace, hospitality, and commercial fit out projects.

Responsibilities

Develop imaginative design concepts for commercial workplace and fit out projects.
Create mood boards, space plans, and compelling presentation materials.
Produce detailed 2D and 3D visualizations to effectively convey design proposals.
Confidently deliver presentations and proposals directly to clients.
Collaborate with technical designers, project managers, and delivery teams to ensure practical, buildable designs.
Curate selections of finishes, furniture, lighting, materials, and specifications.
Stay informed on the latest workplace trends, technologies, and cutting-edge design innovations.
Support client workshops, briefing sessions, and design presentations.
Contribute positively to a collaborative and creative studio atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role within commercial interiors.
Background in design and build, fit out, or workplace consultancy settings.
Robust portfolio showcasing inventive commercial interior projects.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Enscape.
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Strong expertise in space planning, workplace trends, and user experience.
Passion for crafting inspiring and innovative interior environments.

Additional Information
