Key Responsibilities

• Your creative and organizational responsibility includes producing customer project assets within the design team—starting from concept creation through asset development to quality assurance of final advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team and, if needed, clients to craft creative concepts that are visually appealing and effective on social media platforms.
• Lead team efforts through managing capacity planning, providing feedback on creatives, and maintaining quality standards regularly.
• Engage actively in creating static advertisements yourself, contributing your unique creative style.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in the creative sector, preferably within social media contexts.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills combined with an understanding of marketing beyond visuals, including audience insight, strategy, and trend awareness.
• Organized, excellent communication abilities in both German and English, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with clients.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is expected.
• Passionate about creativity with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
