About the Role
A fashion retail brand operating both online and offline is looking for a lively and eager Counter Sales Executive to join its team in Pune. This role is a good fit for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with customers, and wants to grow in retail sales.
What You’ll Do
- Greet walk-in shoppers and help them choose suitable products.
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals.
- Keep the store display tidy and the retail area clean.
- Assist with basic online order processing after training.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
What We’re Looking For
Applicants should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn on the job. Prior retail experience is not mentioned, so freshers who are enthusiastic and customer-focused may be considered.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 12,000 to INR 20,000.
