About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Visual Designer to join the Downstream Business Support Department (DBSD). The DBSD team delivers strategic support to the Downstream President and business units by enhancing corporate communications, business relationships, correspondence, and providing consultancy on business support.
The main responsibility is to produce unified visual content that ensures brand consistency, enhances user experience, and assists communication at senior management levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce executive presentations, business reports, infographics, templates, email banners, and materials for company events.
- Convert complex data, statistics, and information into clear and compelling visual narratives.
- Create materials aligned to brand guidelines supporting senior management communications.
- Offer creative support for corporate events and internal communications.
- Maintain and update SharePoint or webpage content and collaborate on user interface enhancements.
- Develop visual and multimedia content with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in graphic design, with at least 5 years focusing on creative design work.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree may be considered when Bachelor’s degree is in a different subject, pending verification.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong skills in creatively presenting data sourced from Excel.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong abilities in storytelling through business visuals, creating infographics, and executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with webpage or SharePoint content maintenance and development processes; coding skills are not necessary.
- At least 2 to 3 years of corporate work experience.
- Experience in the oil and gas or refining industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
