About the Role

Join Total Quality Logistics (TQL) as a Corporate Recruiter, where you will collaborate closely with business leaders to recruit top-tier talent across IT, Finance & Accounting, and various corporate functions. This role involves managing end-to-end recruiting for complex, impactful positions while acting as a trusted consultant to hiring managers. Compensation and Benefits

A base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles in IT, Finance & Accounting, and other corporate areas
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and market conditions
Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies utilizing networks, job boards, and referrals
Screen candidates via phone interviews and structured assessments to evaluate suitability
Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, salary considerations, and final hiring decisions
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hiring and onboarding
Maintain accurate records of recruitment pipelines and outcomes using ATS software (Avature)
Participate in ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and strategies

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of two years experience in full-cycle recruitment
Proven ability to handle multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong capabilities in sourcing candidates and assessing their fit for roles
Skill in influencing hiring managers and serving as a strategic partner in hiring
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fully on-site, performance-driven workplace environment

Additional Information
